Paradise Jewellery has a limited workshop in all of its stores so that minor repairs can be done either on the spot or in a short period of time.   We can fix, repair and restore almost any piece of fine jewellery.

We can solder breaks in a variety of jewellery, rebuild prongs, set gemstones, resize rings, re-shank rings.  If you are unsure of what some of these things are or have questions about any repairs/work your jewellery may need, come on down to one of our stores and talk to one of our friendly staff.

Gold and silver, much like the tires on your car, becomes thinner and slowly wears down. Here at Paradise Jewellery, we provide FREE jewellery cleaning and inspection at any time, and if necessary, a free estimate for repair work. It’s great practice to have your jewellery cleaned and inspected regularly. 

Sometimes your jewellery will require more than just a clean to bring it back to its original condition.  Weare able to polish your jewellery to remove heavy wear and scratches then replate with gold or rhodium as required.

In order to determine your ring size, we suggest coming to see us for an exact measurement of your finger.

We match and replace lost diamonds and precious gemstones, rebuild claws and check settings.

When prongs/claws become thin and worn they can easily break and could fail to hold your gemstones securely. In order to protect your ring, we recommend having it checked every six months to catch any potential issues before they arise. Re-tipping is the process of building up the prongs on your ring so that they continue to keep your stones safe and secure.
